@NYCTSubway Nonsense, at a main stop like 14th street when it’s not crowded. It would literally have taken 15 seconds to hold the doors. Your unwillingness to acknowledge this is one of the reasons you have credibility issues with daily commuters.

@NYCTSubway With GPS trackers you can rate each conductor on their “customer friendliness” based on how well they accommodate transfers, for example.
