Isabel make sure you are getting adequate vitamin D. Please. Low vitamin D is an MS trigger and I have been diagnosed. It isn’t a genetic disease but there are genetic components involved so me having it isnt a danger for you but take vit d!!

Even though NO ONE has had eyes/ears on my child for years&years, I’ll go dark w/ wanting to know WTH is going on. I‘ll be patient & wait & hope & pray that she does have personal autonomy & that her reality is based in actual truth & that she will reach out when she’s ready.
