💉 On tolerability, higher discontinuation rates were observed with danuglipron and retatrutide.

🔑 The important limitation: this is an indirect comparison. No helpful head-to-head data exists among these agents, several confidence intervals overlap, and retatrutide's estimate comes from a much thinner trial base.
