during june of 2018, the SCP wiki decided to celebrate pride month byadding the colors of the philidelphia pride flag to its logo.

this didn't sit well with some readers, for various reasons...

@TboneBerryhill Blender requires you to look up everything constantly to do stuff though. Hard to learn.

@site_42 Some wiki content can be pretty rough, sure there’s a deletion policy, but even good stuff has its naysayers. Everyone’s a critic. 🤷‍♀️

@Whisgoon Also I find the articles are less formula driven and don’t try too hard. The problem was that it got too famous and too many people showed up - not enough staff to really encourage them to revise failed ideas, rather than just shooting them down.

@swing_bright I was working on the vid, and may not have any more. 🤷‍♀️ When writing SCPs I encountered people who just wanted to make plague doctors, so I thought I’d develop a new separate universe just for them and the mysterious plague they fought. I’m shy though so haven’t told many people.

@swing_bright The car scene took forever, the slither effects on the arms don’t always let me cheat.

@swing_bright Yeah I vary the frame rate trying to avoid the whole thing taking too long, the car driving up near the beginning really bothered me but I was so tired of looking at it I wasn’t sure what I was seeing anymore. 😆
