我们代表Auralis粉丝联盟——一个由国际粉丝组成的、坚定维护Chisanupong Puangmanee（Smart先生）与Raveewit Jirapongkanon（Boom先生）合法权益、人格尊严及职业发展的集体——向贵司发出此声明。作为《Top Form》项目的忠实支持者，我们为提升其国际影响力付出巨大努力，通过宣传推广助力该项目在全球市场持续升温。

然而，近期事态发展令我们深感忧虑。当前围绕该项目的争议、混乱与分裂，根源在于制作方长期缺乏透明度、专业精神，以及对艺人及粉丝群体的尊重。若相关公司仍希望维持这一项目的持续发展（这显然符合你们的商业利益），就必须认真倾听而非忽视或压制粉丝的声音。

作为《Dakaichi》（《Top Form》原著漫画）的IP持有方，泰莱娱乐承担着至关重要的责任。若当前对艺人及其支持者的不当处置持续下去，这一IP的长期价值与盈利能力或将遭受不可逆的损害。一个具备高度组织力、经济贡献力与情感投入的粉丝群体，绝不应被视为理所当然——否则将动摇项目成功的根基，并严重损害贵司的国际形象。

我们期待贵司以透明、负责、相互尊重的态度接纳本声明。

1. 关于艺人管理权的矛盾公开声明
2025年7月5日，泰莱娱乐使用WeTV标识发布法律声明，宣称WeTV仍是“Smart先生演出活动的主要组织方”，并警告任何未经许可的露面均属违约。此举直接推翻了三方（泰莱、WeTV、Headliner Thailand）于2025年6月12日公开信中的表述——该信明确承认Smart及Grand Ivory已终止合作、拒绝进一步联动并退出所有联合活动，促使制作方暂停支持并转向其他演员。短短数周后反转立场，重新主张对Smart的管理权并威胁法律行动，不仅制造混乱、削弱公众信任，更将Smart置于不公且法律模糊的境地。

这些矛盾的公开声明令粉丝、合作方及行业观察者难以辨识争议本质。表里不一的叙事既损害各方���信力，也使艺人承受声誉风险、法律不确定性及职业动荡。

2. 对CP粉丝的歧视性对待与言论压制
在2025年7月9日的微博直播中，含“SmartBoom”“Auralis”等支持性留言（包括蓝粉心形表情）被大量删除或屏蔽，而针对Smart的种族歧视言论与死亡威胁却未被干预。此类选择性审核既不道德又极具危害，释放出“支持声被刻意消音，恶意内容被纵容”的信号。

此现象亦见于小红书（Red Note）直播——CP粉丝留言常遭无端过滤。偏颇的审核机制违背平台管理原则，更漠视了以真诚支持推动项目发展的社群。这些行为对CP粉丝及国际支持者造成严重伤害，他们为《Top Form》投入了大量时间、金钱与情感劳动。

我们敦促泰莱娱乐与Headliner Thailand在直播及数��平台实施公平、中立的审核政策。所有粉丝，无论地域或社群属性，都应获得平等尊重。

3. 对艺人健康、安全与尊严的漠视
多起事件暴露Smart与Boom在近期活动中遭受的待遇问题：
🔹 中国粉丝见面会上，Headliner Thailand工作人员被拍到以羞辱性方式夺走Boom手中物品（粉丝录影显示一名工作人员抢走其假奖杯），引发在场者强烈不适；
🔹 多场活动影像显示，艺人长期超负荷工作且缺乏基本休息保障，其工作伦理与福利状况令人担忧；
🔹 私生饭多次跟踪酒店、泄露行程、围堵艺人，安保缺位使艺人及公众安全受威胁；
🔹 艺人疑似无法自主管理社交媒体账号，限制其真实表达与公众互动；
🔹 公司使用模糊/煽动性言辞加剧粉丝对立，纵容谣言传播。更有活动现场，有人对Boom当面诋毁Smart，工作人员未予制止。

这种过度压榨、支持缺位与恶意纵容的环境，严重危害艺人的身心与职业健康。我们要求各方重申职业道德，落实艺人权益保护机制。

4. 在缺乏透明度的情况下滥用CP叙事以谋取商业利益
尽管合同纠纷及内部争议尚未解决，相关宣传物料及官方内容仍在持续利用SmartBoom这对CP组合的人气牟利。值得注意的是，在正式为粉丝群体命名（这一行为本应代表官方认可与长期承诺）后，相关公司却放任事态恶化，未提供任何明确说明或方向指引。自此，粉丝群体陷入混乱：CP内容仍在被积极推广并变现，而官方对外信息却刻意保持模糊态度，未明确表态该组合是否会继续合作。这种透明度的缺失已造成粉丝群体的深度困惑、情感伤害，��及日益强烈的被背叛感——这些粉丝原本是基于"双方艺人达成共识且叙事获得尊重"的前提支持该CP企划的。

我们要求未来以诚实和一致的态度进行沟通。若CP内容将被用于商业用途，粉丝有权获知以下信息的清晰说明：该合作关系的性质，以及两位艺人是否自愿参与相关呈现。

5. 对专业性、透明度及调解的呼吁
尽管Auralis并非这些争议的法律相关方，但我们无疑是支撑整个行业生态的重要利益相关者。作为粉丝，我们不仅贡献了流量与收入，更参与了长期品牌价值建设、文化影响力塑造及国际市场拓展。

我们谨此提出以下郑重请求：

🔹 要求相关团队通过正式仲裁或调解对话解决公司间纠纷，而非通过公开渠道发布矛盾或激化矛盾的声明；
🔹 确保直播及数字内容审核遵循专业性、一致性和公正性原则，平等对待所有粉丝群体，无论其���域或属性；
🔹 未来所有CP内容及营销叙事应具备清晰度、诚实性和尊重性——既针对支持该企划的粉丝，也针对参与的艺人；
🔹 将艺人的福祉、尊严与自主权置于商业利益之上，包括保障其休息权、受保护权、心理健康及表达自由。

我们最迫切的要求是：重建已被破坏的信任，重新践行专业标准的沟通与协作机制。

6. 最终立场声明
Auralis粉丝联盟始终秉持娱乐行业应遵循公平、尊重与可持续性原则的信念。我们无意代表Smart或Boom发声——但我们选择发声，是因为在持续伤害与漠视面前，沉默即意味着共谋。作为粉丝，我们为这个企划投入了时间、创意、经济支持与毫无保留的忠诚。作为回报，我们仅要求从获益的相关企业获得专业性、透明度和基本尊重。

鉴于持续的消极应对与伤害行为，我们必须重新考量支持方式。目前大量粉丝已准备抵���所有即将开展的艺人单独活动及相关宣传。在相关公司未展现出切实解决方案与负责任行动前，我们将暂停一切支持行为——包括经济投入、活动参与及项目推广。

我们敦促TaiLai Entertainment、WeTV（腾讯视频）及Headliner Thailand认真对待这些诉求——不仅为了Smart与Boom，更为了你们宣称要守护的企业诚信与创作遗产。

《Top Form》的成功从来不是单靠公司实现的——它是由艺人及其追随者的信念共同铸就的。现在纠正错误，为时不晚。

I am writing on behalf of a collective of international SmartBoom supporters, members of the Auralis fandom, to express our deep concern regarding the treatment of fans during the recent Weibo livestream held on 9 July 2025.

It has come to my attention that multiple comments made by SmartBoom and Auralis supporters were either deleted or suppressed during the live broadcast. These were not defamatory or inappropriate comments, but rather heartfelt messages of support for Boom Raweewit and his on screen partner Smart Chisanupong; expressions of community solidarity. We understand from sources that this moderation appeared to disproportionately target comments affiliated with SmartBoom and Auralis, while unrelated or even abusive messages were left visible.

CP fans have provided sustained support for Boom and Smart’s professional endeavours across diverse platforms and markets. They have contributed to viewership, social media engagement, international visibility, and commercial success. The erasure of these voices during a public-facing broadcast is not only discouraging, it is profoundly disheartening to a community that has given so much in good faith.

We respectfully request that you review the moderation practices employed during the livestream and consider providing clarification on the decision to restrict fan expression. Furthermore, we urge TaiLai Entertainment to reaffirm its recognition of all fans, regardless of origin or subcommunity, as valued contributors to the growth and success of the artists you manage.

We believe this matter can be resolved constructively through open communication and mutual understanding. Our hope is simply to restore a respectful environment where all fans may express their support without discrimination or exclusion.
