@curryspcworld smart tv within 12 month warranty of purchase and it has stopped working for the 2nd time. When can i just get a refund for this product?
1st time sent away left without a tv for 2 weeks nearly for them to repait. Now developed a different fault. Iv had enough

@TeamKnowhowUK more like team dont know how. Have you dont all the obvious things like check the batteries? No course not 😪 Can send an engineer out but not for another week. We only have this tv. More like a waste of plastic. Just want to take it back into store for an exchange
