@StagecoachSE left standing at the bus stop again waiting for the 6.37am no 12 to Canterbury from Deal. At 7am still no sign or any notice of what happened. Had to get a taxi to work in order to get there on time. Not impressed.
Can you tell me why yet again in half term you decide to replace the usual double decker from Canterbury no 12 with a single decker (4.45) when there are twice as many people getting on it? Why busy? people take their kids out half term! Plus we need to get home from work! Stupid
@StagecoachSE Not really no! Hour late to open the shop for work and the bus so full of people usually on the 6.40 plus all of the 7.30 school run that you couldnt get another person on it. If we had known we all would have taken the 6am. Wasnt really a great service. we all use it every day
@StagecoachSE where is the 6.40 to Canterbury? No sign of bus, nothing on here or on app.... people are going to be late for work and theres no communication
@StagecoachSE We eventually got the 7.30...which was rammed over capacity. The poor driver had to refuse in the end as no room. We got into Canterbury at 8.50... so many people getting on it that it took forever to even get out of whitfield. Not really good service.!
@Deal_Town Actually it is pretty impossible/extremely difficult for most hospitality venues to turn a good profit . Most are still recovering from the downturn during the pandemic, add the cost of living crisis plus major increases in their utility bills and supplies and you have a problem.
@materassassino@StagecoachSE The congestion this morning was really bad...buses coming back are sure to be delayed unless they avoid the lorry tailbacks. Anything out of Dover will struggle.
This mornings driver was having to change bus numbers as the day goes on.
