3 year 5 girls calling for me down the corridor...

Children: Mr T!!!.... Mr T.....👋🏽.... Mr T!!!!

Me: Yes...hey....you ok girls? 😯

Chdrn: Yeah...(panting out of breath )...first of all... Ramadan Mubarak..... secondly we have a favour to ask...☺️

Me: yeeeessssssss!? 🤔 Ramadan Mubarak by the way ☺️

Chdrn: We want to do an assembly called Eid and Me. We want to share how we celebrate in ways that are the same and the ways that are different. One of us is Lebanese, one is Kurdish and one is Pakistani....we want to share our celebrations... we'll take photos of our Eid clothes, the food we eat, our presents!

What do you think!? 🙂🙂

Me: Absolutely...❤️🥲❤️

@Miss__Davies A loved her sticker this week! 🥰 she can’t wait to earn more! 👏🏻👏🏻

[Fiona Tariq @fififiesta]

@VennRugby @HeadteacherBas1 @DRA_Community @BassalegPE Y came home buzzing that it was her Rugby rotation! She loves playing & wants more, give them a team after school and they will show up! Offering a lunchtime team isn’t good enough when they have to choose to eat/use the toilet or play Rugby! 🏉

[Fiona Tariq @fififiesta]

@anna_e_chapman @BassalegSchool1 @HeadteacherBas1 Amazing! Could you pop in a word to the current @BassalegPE about girls rugby! Cancelled AGAIN this week for the 8/10th time! 😭 my girl is giving up hope now and I hate to see the loss in passion! #girlsrugby

[Fiona Tariq @fififiesta]

@miss_parfitt @HeadteacherBas1 Well done boys, shame the same effort isn’t put in for GIRLS rugby @VennRugby @BassalegPE 🏉 yet again cancelled for the 8/10 times it should have been on! 🤦🏼‍♀️

[Fiona Tariq @fififiesta]

@VennRugby would you be able to confirm if GIRLS rugby is on after school this week and is it on Wednesday or Thursday? Our girls are so fed up of turning up and it being cancelled they are beginning to loose hope! How about a fixture with our local schools too? 🏉 #girlsinsport

[Fiona Tariq @fififiesta]

@VennRugby @AshleighJones12 @AshSweet6 @DRA_Community @Adrian_Evs01 @HeadteacherBas1 My daughter loved it last week - just a shame it seams to get cancelled at every slight inconvenience, yet boys rugby doesn’t?! Hoping this can change asap!
