Hey ⁦@AmericanAir⁩ travelled from LHR to BNA via ORD on AA Sat10th Aug with a BRAND NEW suitcase. Suitcase arrived broken wheel & unusable! Tried contacting AA can’t get incident number to claim & live nowhere near an airport. No suitcase to come home!!! Appalling
