i know im probably gonna be 125 lbs or so tomorrow morning and that was my goal i guess but part of me really wants to keep going and try to reach my lw again because i havent seen it in so long 😭 im so conflicted
if i did a thread on why water weight happens and how to undo/prevent it would anyone gaf👀 im disgustingly educated in the topic and i feel like not everyone is aware of how big of a difference it makes LOL
@stormpatient otherwise, to retain water weight just basically do the inverse of everything i said haha, prioritize high sodium and high carb foods, but it can make it harder to lose weight or tell if you are if you choose to do so!
@stormpatient if its any consolation, depending on your prior intake before starting the fast theres a big chance a portion of it is still fat 🫶 its impossible to really tell which you’re losing unfortunately, but drinking electrolytes may help as they’re higher in sodium ^^!!
