@PRINCESSyucb my favorite meal is breakfast so if it was up to me id absolutely omad brunch, but we have dinner as a family so unfortunately i just omad dinner every day😭 it sucks but its my only option

i know im probably gonna be 125 lbs or so tomorrow morning and that was my goal i guess but part of me really wants to keep going and try to reach my lw again because i havent seen it in so long 😭 im so conflicted
@inknnotebooks awww i’ve been there before, dont worry!! it’s definitely just water weight from excess carb and sodium intake, just focus on protein and potassium today and itll be gone in no time beautiful 🫶
