Appalling customer service from @Electrolux_UK Forced to pay UP FRONT for a repair, waited 2 weeks & they don’t show, no contact to apologise or explain. We call them to find out what’s happening & ‘the best they can do’ is rebook for another two weeks!! Not good enough!!
