Good-faith #EB5investors placed their hard-earned money at risk years ago, and have created jobs for Americans but they currently have nothing to show for it.
Thanks the update from @USCIS@TravelGov - Through July 31, 2022, the two agencies have combined to use 210,593 employment-based immigrant visas.
And thanks for the note that basically tell us your data reports are USELESS - we can’t get the info we want from it.
It's interesting that @USCIS approved 64305 #EB#I485 by the end of Q2 FY22 whereas @DHSgov says they approved 73467 #EB#AOS during the same period. @USCISDirector@SecMayorkas can you guys explain this data? or AOS has other ways rather than 485?
July 21, 2022, #USCIS California Service Center #CSC approval count for #EB5#I485:
FY2019 had 2 new approval.
FY2020 had 14 new approval.
FY2021 had 19 new approval.
FY2022 had 2 new approval.
257, 564 pending EB AOS cases @USCIS on March 31, 2022. @USCIS had approved only 68,141 out of 280,000 through 1/2 of the fiscal year. No wonder they were hiding these numbers. Now they "promise they will adjudicate 211,000 in 6 months?

You gotta be a particular kind of evil to start shit with 21 year old Indian and Chinese kids that followed every rule and just got screwed over because we haven’t raised Green Card quotas in 32 years.
I’m guessing grandpa “Sabatini” wasn’t on the Mayflower either
Your statements to process all available green cards this FY contradicts the Processing times. When immigrant raise any questions, “get a default answer as it is within processing time”. Every GreenCard wasted in employment Based category is trashing future of immigrants.
.@SenatorDurbin on immigration: "I didn't know this would be a major endeavor in my Senate career, but it has become one."
Notes he intro'd a DACA bill 21 years ago, but he has yet to get the bill to clear a Senate filibuster.
Don’t forget! If you are applying for an employment-based Green Card and we sent you a Request for Evidence (RFE) for your Form I-693, be sure to respond so we can finalize a decision on your adjustment application. Learn more about Form I-693: https://t.co/SJgLGicti6
USCIS appears to be consciously ignoring PDs for Indian workers while processing I485 petitions. This is not only illegal but also leads to retrogression of dates come next FY and missed opportunities for many families in backlog.
It’s so good to hear that some families have been granted their #eb5 visas via CP. Interviews are currently being scheduled and we are optimistic 👏🏽. #EB5isback
May Visa Bulletin is out: https://t.co/cMo5Syx8Ir
EB-2 India goes from 7/18/2013 to 9/1/2013 (final action)
EB-2 India goes from 9/1/2014 to 12/1/2014 (filing).
EB-3 India stays put.
Now we wait for USCIS to confirm we can still use filing dates for May.
We appreciate the @TravelGov for recognizing the grandfathering clause in the #EB5 reauthorization bill. We look forward to seeing CP&AOS approval and issuance of visas in a couple of weeks. We hope #EB5investors can finally breathe again 🤞🏽.
