The US embassy in Beijing has cancelled all non-immigrant visa interviews from May 8th - May 12th without a heads-up. They asked applicants to reschedule new appointments, but this is not acceptable since:

1. Rescheduling visa appointments can take weeks to months, 1/2

Starting April 1st, 2023, Canada @CitImmCanada mandate e-application for Temp Resident Visa (with a few exemptions of course).
On the other hand, @USCIS @USCISDirector just start to allow e-application on a few more forms.

@RonHira @USDOL @DHS Simple way to do all of them: create a sponsor license requirement(like UK) that company need to submit financial docs and justify business needs - no way shell company can get this license and join the lottery.
