So, a guy (small business customer) walks into his Bank of America in the middle of NYC (at 119 2nd Ave) to break a hundo, but they can't serve him bc there's NO TELLER! They're out to lunch! @BankofAmerica a truly crappy bank! you can @Ask_bofahelp but they can't seem to do it!

TOXIC FUMES! + particulates being emitted from @mrcrealestate building 235 E 5th Street & entering multiple apartments. Manager Bronstein Realty has been notified multiple Xs re: boiler issues as has Madison Realty Capital & @nyc311 but we're STILL getting GASSED w toxic fumes!
