@ieServe I have complained about 2 prepaid meters installed in 2 of my apartment that have never worked since February when 7 were installed in one location and March when 13 were installed in another location. I have complained more than 3 times with no resolution till date.

@ieServe There are issues with the prepaid meters paid for and installed on 28th Mar, 2022. While 9 meters were installed, 3 of the meters; 45066962973, 45066703542 and 45067311832 didn't work. We've called the techs to come and inspect it but they didn't show up; it's now 4 days
