Noble plans! George Muller was a rebel. Arrested at 16. Heavy drinker. God changed his heart. And with 50 cents, noble plans, love in his heart, and all-in faith in God…he radically impacted the lives of 10,000 orphans. Noble plans (Isaiah 32:8) are plans that bless and love others. Let’s do it!

“I’ve been learning that suffering is a part of our good life with God. Suffering, pain can take us to places with God that we could not otherwise go.” Such a joy to be back at @westmontcollege last night at the @naccap annual conference. Amazing group of people!

Jerry West passed away this morning. He didn’t want to be in his home as a boy in West Virginia because of an abusive father. So he shot baskets. That began a love affair with basketball and 3 inductions into the Hall of Fame. This morning Michael Jordan called him a “mentor.” What a life.

I’ve seen this beautiful lady many times early in the morning at the beach. Determined and joyful. She has smiled at me and I give her a thumbs up. We are all on a journey and we need to endure. The Scripture encourages us to embark “with endurance the race set before us.”
