Yesterday, the Supreme Court of Maryland ruled in favor of the people, keeping Question 3 on the ballot and ensuring Marylanders have the power to choose their own representative.

In 60 days, Maryland will vote YES on Question 3 and send a clear message to this administration: Maryland will not back down.
