#probation is like a ridiculous game. Overwhelmed staff pretend to manage #prison leavers and #prison leavers pretend to engage with overwhelmed probation staff. It's a pointless farce that doesn't reduce recidivism or crime. The whole system needs to be scrapped.

Josh was in prison for 18 years. He died in prison less than a month ago.

While Last year was the worst for suicides, we must now go forwards and offer a resolution, where professionals work together to offer a solution
