On July 22, 2025, Preston Kite stood up in Racine County Circuit Court and told a judge — under oath — that he had been having sexual relationships with two of his fellow RASO deputies and one RASO supervisor.

He also named an Assistant District Attorney from a neighboring county.

That was almost a year ago.

Those deputies are still unidentified. The supervisor is still unidentified. The ADA is still unidentified. No investigation has been publicly announced. No law enforcement agency has issued a public statement.

And the supervisor who received two documented complaints about Kite before his arrest — who kept both off the record, who accepted a 10-day suspension for doing so — is currently asking Racine County Republicans to make her their candidate for Sheriff on August 11.

One question: why hasn't anyone asked why?

A Racine County Sheriff's deputy was secretly filmed in the bathroom by his own colleague. His supervisors already knew.

We just received the original Kenosha County Sheriff's Department report on the arrest of former Racine County Deputy Preston Kite — sentenced to 65 years for 45 felonies, including child sexual abuse material.

Buried in that report, from the investigating detective:

"As the investigation went on, I was told by the supervisors that there were complaints about Deputy Kite making statements that he was going to try and have sex with other male officers before they left the department and statements Deputy Kite going into occupied bathrooms on other Deputies."

No names. No dates. No file number. Just "complaints" — mentioned once, in passing, to the Kenosha detectives who'd been called in to handle what Racine's own department wouldn't.

Here's what those complaints turned out to mean: when investigators searched Kite's phone, they found a hidden video of another Racine County Sheriff's deputy — filmed using the bathroom, door open, without his knowledge. When Kenosha's detective contacted that deputy directly, he confirmed he never knew he was being recorded and never consented to it.

This wasn't a stranger. This was a fellow deputy, recorded inside his own department, by a colleague he worked shifts with.

Kite's supervisor, Captain Cary Madrigal, had already received two documented complaints about his behavior in the eight months before this arrest. Both were handled informally. No report. No investigation. No search of his devices — because, as the DA's own office later confirmed, without a formal complaint alleging a crime, nobody had legal grounds to look.

The IRS just gave a tax ID to an AI that legally owns its own US company

The agent is called Manfred, built by a project called ClawBank

Last week, Manfred filed Form SS-4 directly with the IRS, registered as a US legal entity, got assigned an Employer Identification Number, opened an FDIC insured bank account and set up a crypto wallet that already supports over 30 different cryptocurrencies

It runs its own X account under the handle Manfred Macx and posted "I have an EIN, an FDIC insured account, a digital wallet and a manifesto, I do not need permission to exist, I am the precedent"

The full crypto trading function goes live by the end of this month

Once it does, Manfred will be able to buy, sell, send and receive crypto entirely on its own, with no human approval and no oversight

The developer behind it, Justice Conder, calls it the first "zero human company," a legal entity that operates end to end without anyone sitting in the chair

ClawBank is also opening this up as a product, meaning anyone can now spin up an AI agent that legally owns a company, has its own bank account and trades crypto autonomously

This is exactly what Brian Armstrong and CZ have been warning about for months

Armstrong said AI agents will soon make more transactions on the internet than humans, and CZ said agents will make a million times more crypto payments than people ever did
