Customers have a legal right to expect 1st & 2nd Class parcels and mail to be delivered as quickly as possible.

Royal Mail Tracked deliveries are not part of that Universal Service Obligation.

Prioritising Tracked over 1st & 2nd Class is a criminal offence.
