@HMRCcustomers Hello. I moved abroad to study at University and I've been told I should have informed HMRC. However, the website says "permanently" or "if working abroad full-time" of which I'm doing neither as a student. I'm not sure what to do, please advise.

I guess my question is: am I technically a non-resident as a student living abroad? Or does this only apply to workers/people who move to retire?

@AskAmex I logged into my online Amex account either 17/18 March and it said my balance was due 24th March. Log on to pay it today and it says it was due 21st March! Do you change the due dates on purpose? Because now i'll have to pay a fee next month. It's incredibly rude.
