@aakankshalovely@Kmthan999@aakankshalovely Proof? Harish himself accepted that he doesn’t have a license. I’m seeing a lot of blue-tick accounts (hope you’re not one of them!) using this incident for engagement without even understanding what actually happened. Please do some basic fact-checking

The entire Tamil social media community is saddened by the sudden demise of a Finance influencer (financewithharish).
This is also getting national media attention now.
While there are 2 different opinions, here is mine too.
- All this starts with social media (instagram especially), it is one of the fakest places to be in.
- Why would you want to flash your lifestyle, wealth and everything else? All of these are absolute status games; nothing ever meaningful comes out of it.
- While Harish started with the aspiration of becoming a Sharan (financewithsharan), he unfortunately didn't get the head start, network and capital to recreate it in the down south.
- Sharan, after a point, was funded by Zerodha; he started a company, duly got all licenses, and made sure compliance was in place. He came with really witty, value adding, (not recommending) finance content. While Harish's aspiration was right, the road to it was not.
- As someone who has actively invested and traded for 2 years. I can tell you it is one of the most stressful, less rewarding and high experience required job. An ideal timeline to get rich from trading or investing is 20 years. Anything short of that is a misell.
- Finance influencers who try to sell lifestyle instead of knowledge are a red flag. Our @dmuthuk keeps reiterating this fact. If you really want to understand finance with realistic timelines of returns, follow someone like Muthu. After all this, he simply says he got lucky. Nothing more, nothing less.
- Especially, the company you keep is very important. My curious question is: why does the Tamil fitness community come down to say this is cyberbullying?
- It is only because of people like @the_jasonsamuel that we are being enlightened by things that we may not have known otherwise.
- Jason is NOT a bully and never will be. If anything is against the concept of bullying.
- If you had watched the video, Jason wanted Harish to pursue everything that he aspired to only in a regulated and compliant way.
- Whatever happened to Harish is indeed sad and unfortunate. There may be deeper things he was going through that none of us would know about.
- Some people claim to be Harish's friends. Their friendship was built on social media using social media clout. If your friend is on the verge of suicide, wouldn't you know it beforehand? That's what real friends are capable of doing.
- When my friends and I were going through some of the toughest times in life (different timelines), we made sure he was okay to the extent that we always stayed with them.
- Whatever be it, SUICIDE is NOT an option. There is always a way to figure it out.
- Anyone who claims to be a social media influencer has at least 2 faces. One that they show on camera and one in real life. And there is nothing wrong with doing it. Because real doesn't sell on camera. The real question you may have to ask is, "Am I going to follow them?"
- If you find or observe a dark pattern, have some courage to call it out. You have escaped dark patterns because, someone else called it out and you are being a beneficiary of it.
- I'd say, if you really have a peaceful life and want to extend its longevity, quit Instagram.
May Harish's soul Rest in Peace.
@Normie_off Harish has himself accepted he doesn’t have a proper license, not sure if he has got any pressure from his clients. I feel Jason’s video is not the reason for it, large money has been in involved in it and SEBI has been very strict recently on this

Jason, don’t let guilt consume you. You raised concerns the public needed to know about. Whistleblowing and cyberbullying aren’t the same. Influencers must be accountable for their claims and advice. He could’ve handled it better.
I am deeply saddened, heavily grieving, shocked and frozen at what has happened and I mourn the loss of life.
I have not cyber-bullied him. I pointed out his lack of license and authority, misrepresentation of license and fraud on SEBI and AMFI where he has not got SEBI RIA for his work and misrepresented that he had an AMFI license when he got the ARN only recently. i.e., his illegal activity.
I literally asked him in the video to come back and do this with a proper SEBI license. I never intended or expected this drastic measure to happen and I mourn the loss.
A2D finds a new low every single day. Turning a tragic incident into an opportunity to target someone and mobilise creators against them is absolutely disgusting.
i was informed that a2d has reached out to fellow yt creators and has said that “when jason released a video on me, even i felt depressed and wanted to commit suicide. so i encourage you to put a video targeting that jason has done cyber bullying and we’re reaching out to parithabangal to coordinate the same”
@Vasudha156 Blue-tick accounts are using this incident for engagement without even understanding what actually happened. You’re a journalist, I don’t have to explain this to you. Please do some basic fact-checking and understand the incident before sharing your views.
@RazzmatazzJoe Dei Dei mentalu tat was video was posted by Jason himself on insta you can still see tat reel in his insta .. Never seen a low-life creatures like Joe Michael who uses a tragic incident to push his own claims without any proof or evidence
This ss is from Harish’s Yt on Oct 19, taken by me it’s not edited. He himself accepted he wasn’t SEBI-regist, his yt is not showing now, his defence was amateurish equal to someone treating patients and saying, I never claimed to be a registered doctor.

@Russetlane Influencers must be accountable for their advice. They also anything for 1M but avoid accountability,no explanation yet about the alleged consultations without proper SEBI registration. This now feels more like a targeted attack on Jason.
@arcot2arctic Something feels very sus, his response on 19th Oct. Santosh Jacob could have handled this much better, but releasing a video with his team targeting Jason so soon, without taking a moment to mourn the loss and show some empathy, makes the whole thing look very targeted at Jason.
@the_jasonsamuel@murugan14334 Never seen a low-life creatures like Joe Michael who uses a tragic incident to push his own claims without any proof or evidence, just to farm engagement. All his content follows the same pattern.
