Supplements are useful.
But many men have the order completely backwards.
They’ll spend hundreds of dollars on testosterone boosters while surviving on fast food, sleeping five hours a night, drinking every weekend, and never doing any resistance training.
That’s like putting premium fuel into a car with no engine oil.
Build the foundation first:
• Sleep 7-9 hours.
• Lift weights consistently.
• Eat enough protein.
• Stay lean.
• Manage stress.
• Get enough vitamin D, zinc, and magnesium if you’re deficient.
Supplements work best when they’re supporting a healthy lifestyle-not replacing one.
🗣 Darragh MacAnthony: "The fact they're bringing him [Welbeck] and Henderson potentially to Chelsea, with that dressing room of talent that they've got, I think that's not good for the rest of the Premier League. They're dark horses, Chelsea."

🗣 Danny Welbeck: "I’ve got that fire in my belly and I'm ready to give it everything for this club to make everyone at Chelsea, and the supporters, proud."
