@AvantiWestCoast please let me know how to get to London from Berkhampsted where my train from London to Liverpool has stopped with no information on the rest of the journey. Sending a vague email to say the train has been cancelled after we all got off doesn’t help

@Apple giving me a quote for over £1000 to repair my MacBook then after I buy a new one and ask for a copy of the quote it suddenly changes to less than £500? Apple Store at The Oracle in Reading. Who can help me with this? I’ve called support and care. No resolution.

@AppleSupport I was given a repair quote for a 1year old MacBook Pro of over £1000 so I buy a new one. Ask for documentation for insurance and the shop adjusts the quote to less than £500 saying the first quote was ‘excessive’. Surely not Apple?!
