— A foreign national recorded two South African men posing as security personnel and tourist guides who tricked him into handing over his bank card by falsely claiming that a photography permit was required. They attempted to withdraw money from his account, but he blocked the card after receiving a bank alert. Despite reporting the incident and providing evidence, he says the South African police showed little interest in investigating the case.
