@Coffeekiller100 So much fitness inspiration is eating disorder coded and has been for decades. Metabolic flexibility and connection are better for you than restrictively aiming for “perfect” eating
@AlpacaAurelius I would really love to find good shampoo and conditioner bars. Just can’t seem to transition my hair so that it isn’t quickly greasy. Doing pretty well on everything else
@orientaldao Add another egg. Whole fat Greek yogurt only. Try adding more beef. 80/20 ground. Do you filter your water? If so, you may need to add in trace minerals as filters like a Berkey remove everything. LMNT electrolytes are also awesome
@abbythelibb_ Could be what is delightfully called “irritable uterus.” Can make for regular, sometimes painful, but non progressing ctx. More hydration, more magnesium glycinate, Epsom salt baths. The heat absolutely contributes to it
@MatrixMysteries Prices up, quality down. The size of so many things has shrunk as well as the prices skyrocket. Our locally owned places are still delish. Got pizza Friday night, and it was the same price and easier than ordering Papa John’s
@Hestia_Esq I regretted not getting a law degree when my kids were small. Working was so glamorized, and women working really don’t seem to want to be friends with women staying home. Kids are older teens, and I am now glad I did not pursue law after undergrad.
@DrJoelGator I had a child with gut issues who never presented as a typical reflux/eczema issues baby or kid. Got to a functional medicine PA who found candida (end to end), food intolerances, markers for oxidative stress, and a methylation issue. Fixed those, and she slept!
