@ajs6888@claudeai@OpenAICodexCli@grok True, context handoff is the tricky part.
I try to mitigate it by:
- Making Claude output a very structured plan
- Pasting the full plan into Codex
- Then giving Grok the final result + the original plan for review
Still not perfect, but it helps a lot.
My current AI coding workflow:
@claudeai → @OpenAICodexCli → @grok
- Claude: Planning & architecture
- Codex CLI: Actual building (edits files, runs commands, ships)
- Grok: Honest review + catches what the others miss
Each tool has different strengths. Using them in sequence > using any single one.
What's your current stack?
@yukiyuukisub@claudeai@OpenAICodexCli@grok Yeah, Claude for planning + Grok for review is already a strong combo. Adding Codex in the middle for the actual implementation made it even better for me.
@nickventuri@claudeai@OpenAICodexCli@grok LOL exactly 😂
Claude = architect
Codex = construction crew
Grok = angry quality control guy who doesn’t accept bullshit
Digital assembly line activated.
@_Matt_Bell@claudeai@OpenAICodexCli@grok 100%.
That’s exactly why the workflow works for me.
When you ask one model to plan + build + criticize at the same time, it gets lazy or defensive.
Separating the roles with clean handoffs makes a massive difference.

GPT-5.4 Thinking and GPT-5.4 Pro are rolling out now in ChatGPT.
GPT-5.4 is also now available in the API and Codex.
GPT-5.4 brings our advances in reasoning, coding, and agentic workflows into one frontier model.
Gemini 3.1 Pro is here. Hitting 77.1% on ARC-AGI-2, it’s a step forward in core reasoning (more than 2x 3 Pro).
With a more capable baseline, it’s great for super complex tasks like visualizing difficult concepts, synthesizing data into a single view, or bringing creative projects to life.
We’re shipping 3.1 Pro across our consumer and developer products to bring this underlying leap in intelligence to your everyday applications right away. Rolling out now to:
- Developers in preview via the Gemini API in @GoogleAIStudio
- Enterprises in Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise
- Everyone through the @Geminiapp and @NotebookLM
5) Measure the right 3 numbers
Ignore vanity metrics at first. Track:
• new conversations started
• qualified clicks (to your offer)
• weekly conversions
• sales
If those go up, everything else eventually follows.
Most founders don’t have a marketing problem. They have a distribution system problem 🚀🧠
Here’s a simple, repeatable way to build a pipeline that ships attention every week.

4) Add a capture + follow-up loop
Every post should point to ONE action:
• join a list
• grab a template
• book a call
Then automate 3–5 follow-ups that teach, not beg. (Founders like @arvidkahl do this well.)
