@LinkedInHelp @NO_H8 Look like it only happens with connections I haven't ever messaged on LinkedIn. If I try to message someone I already have a message stream with, no problem. If I go to a connection I haven't ever messaged before, the Send button remains disabled no matter what I do.

@LinkedInHelp @NO_H8 I also have this issue. I have tried different browsers, incognito windows, updating the browser, reboot, and I can't get the Send button to be active in any of my messages. Please help!
