@LifeCompass333 Find what's keeping your energy level below the optimum.
Is it physical?
- Try cardio
- Getting enough sunlight
Is it mental?
- Find what it is,
can you do something about it?
Fix it.
Can't?
Ignore it, move on.
@mrfrexx Any form of focused work between 8:00 and 12:00.
Those are the hours my focus is at its peak.
And if you've done most of your work before the middle of the day,
that leaves so much space to do creative work.
@PeripetLearning Absolutely true.
I've read about entrepreneurs who went against the grain,
when statistics showed they only had about a 10% chance of success,
they still succeeded.
My point:
those statistics failed to include one variable,
the indomitable human spirit.
@FoxyFitnesss Started going to the gym, that allowed me to start building that confidence.
Afterwards, a motivational factor started growing within me,
to keep going,
to keep getting better.
What about you?
@ItsTimBunyan Hmmm, this made me think a lot more about my "why" as well.
I thought I had it captured after reading Simon Sinek's book.
Need to do some more digging...
@MoFocus7 Precisely, we don't have to look for big changes to get big differences.
Most of it,
are small but meaningful decisions.
I'm taking some time out today to bless some people in my life.
@WriteyTidy Stir together some ground meat,
eggs,
vegetables,
and sauce.
Put all of that on top of some quinoa, rice, couscous,
and you've got an easy and delicious meal.
