I don't think Ezhili is saying Sananth shouldn't have played Subbu, but exalting him for being brave for playing a trans character is something that has miffed the OP.

Now, that can be discussed and debated. You might agree with that opinion or not, but I found certain problematic posts dissing the OP.

Again, there is no need to agree with Ezhili's post, but it is okay for it to exist in this way.

Also, I agree team Dorothy's choice shouldn't have to be seen as a brave thing, but in this socio-political-cultural context, it is so... till things change for the better.
