@HenryMacAngus @DallasXCEO I've been in it for decades. I generally dont have issue with their intelligence, capacity, or ability to learn. I've seen perfect fit american candidates (of mixed ethnicity if that matters) be overturned for an h1 applicant. I wont even talk to a company if the hm is indian.

@DrInsensitive My local range (until the cali transplants got it shut down) had an "only our targets" policy, but they had a variety of targets you could choose from. Including the splatter targets. Sure I paid 5 dollars for a target, but mu 20 dollar admission got me in all day
