They support is not there and the making commerce human is a joke it's all run by bots human contact is very limited! Our concerns for this should be taken seriously!

Christmas is going to be a fun time once again @RoyalMail are failing even with inland deliveries!

@Etsy want sellers to now knowingly lie about the time-frame deliveries will take to arrive just to allow buyers a chance to review quicker!

@RoyalMailHelp Etsy are forcing sellers to change to say they will arrive sooner than they do!

We sellers use to have an option to select 7-40 days for overseas which is realistic! then we don't lose money when items are on the way but delayed! Because you RM won't pay until after that time!

@jessheathmua @Etsy It's ridiculous isn't it 8 days to get to a buyer via royal mail and the through customs and then with USPS never arrives in time. Surely its not legal to force us to pick a service even if not using it eg RM when you actually use DPD!

Sellers will leave and buyers will just open cases because the likes of @RoyalMail won't and can't deliver promises let alone post within the time frame!
