我个人的办法是首先在设置里把自动更新关了，然后在快捷指令里创建一个打开系统设置的shortcut，然后放在桌面上取代原来的“系统设置”，目的是隐藏红点。不过仍然有在设置里面不小心点错的风险。
iPhone 13运行内存太低实在是升级不起了。一堆内置eSIM转移新机基本不可能。
