I had an okay-ish day today. 1200-something cals? I couldn’t get exact numbers for dinner, almost never can. I was doing good all day until then though. Whatever, I’m unfortunately big enough where it’s still a deficit. I lock in most of the time.

One more thing on this, how DARE the elongated muskrat sully the name of Stranger in a Strange land for his AI. That is single-handedly the BEST classical novel about an alien sex cult ever written, and the word grok is so much more than the politically dubious chatbot.
