Why didn't teams like the Raiders or Rams who took QBs in the first round this year take a 4th round flier on him? Or the Jets or Cardinals who are still searching for a QB?

Read Herbert's draft scouting report vs Sanders They aren't close. Herbert set the rookie TD pass record while Sanders was historically bad

@SportsBoyTony every high profile college QB brings fans with him. People in Kentucky followed the Browns because of Couch. Same with Notre Dame fans with Quinn, Texans for Manziel, Oklahoma fans with Baker etc.
