Today marks the beginning of a new chapter.

After a lot of conversations, feedback, and late nights thinking about where we're headed, we've decided to rebrand NOELCLAW!

Welcome to Finch Agentic.

This isn't because we stopped believing in what we built. It's the opposite.... over the past few months, the project has grown far beyond what we originally imagined.

What started as a small MCP project evolved into a runtime where AI agents can remember, research, automate, collaborate, build, and interact with real-world systems.

Along the way, we also realized something else.

The old name no longer reflected the product we were building. It carried the history of where we started, but not where we're going.

Finch Agentic better represents our vision :

Building infrastructure for the next generation of autonomous AI systems.

Alongside the rebrand, we'll also be relaunching the token > after listening to the community, it became clear that the current token distribution wasn't the best foundation for long-term growth.

Rather than ignoring that feedback, we decided to fix it properly > a healthier distribution gives new builders, users, and long-term supporters a fairer starting point. (what isn't changing is everything that actually matters)

We're still building the same product.

Why relaunch the token?

The community made it clear that a healthier distribution would create a stronger foundation for long-term growth.

We agreed.

Rather than carrying that issue forward, we're choosing to solve it now.

We wanted a name that could grow with the product.

Something simpler, easier to remember, and more representative of the platform we're building—not just where it started.

After listening to the community, we've decided to relaunch NOELCLAW with a healthier distribution.

NoelClaw has grown far beyond where we started, and we want the tokenomics to reflect the future we're building—not the past.
