Small on purpose — prove the model, then scale 🎧

Promised: covered container.
Got: open container in the rain.
Result: broken furniture, lost items, ₹2L in damages.
Porter’s offer after 2 weeks of follow-ups: ₹25,000.
Their support also calls at 11 PM, 12 AM — then logs “customer missed our call.
