12 दिन पहले सार्थक भगत ने (जिनके साथ हमने UGC नियमावली पर केस लगाया था) @DelhiPolice ने जंतर मंतर पर प्रदर्शन की अनुमति माँगी थी। मैं वहाँ जाने वाला था। दो दिन पहले पुलिस ने कहा कि आप लोगों ने समय से अनुमति नहीं माँगी, इसलिए नहीं मिलेगी।

यही गृह मंत्रालय कॉकरोच को एयरपोर्ट पर, पाँव के जूते चाटते हुए प्रदर्शन की अनुमति दे देता है, वह भी दो दिन के शॉर्ट नोटिस पर।

हमने आठ मार्च को प्रदर्शन की अनुमति माँगी @narendramodi और @AmitShah की पुलिस ने हमें हाउस अरेस्ट कराया। आज जब हम UGC पर फिर से प्रदर्शन करना चाहते हैं, तो फिर रोका गया।

इस सरकार की अपने ही समर्थकों से इतनी क्यों फटती है? दिल्ली पुलिस गाली सुन रही है और कॉकरोच को तेल भी लगाना पड़ रहा है। हम चाहे UGC पर प्रदर्शन करना चाहें, या इथेनॉल पर, ये मौनेन्द्र मोदी की सरकार हमें कुछ भी बोल कर अनुमति नहीं देगी।

तो UGC पर ‘सूत्रों के हवाले से’ वाली बात फर्जी ही निकली। सरकार थाह ले रही थी कि इस पर प्रतिक्रिया क्या हो सकती है। प्रतिक्रिया सही नहीं रही।

@dpradhanbjp का कथन और भी विचित्र था जैसे कि इन्होंने स्वयं ही वह नियमावली पढ़ी न हो। ‘आश्वासन’ की पुड़िया ले कर आए थे, लोगों ने नहीं फाँका। फाड़ कर मुँह पर उड़ेल दिया।

कोर्ट ही इस पर स्टे लगाएगी, सवर्ण इसमें जातिगत भेदभाव वाले खंड में सम्मिलित होंगे, इक्विटी स्क्वाड जैसी मूर्खताएँ हटाई जाएँगी या सवर्ण के लिए उचित प्रतिनिधित्व बनेगा।

यदि कोर्ट संवेदनशील हुई तो उसे यह देखना होगा कि आप कैम्पस को जातिवादी आरोप-प्रत्यारोपों का अड्डा बना रहे हैं, स्वच्छंदता समाप्त कर रहे हैं और पूरा वातावरण विषैला कर रहे हैं।
