@Airtel_Presence I have shared those in the past, repeatedly. Other than these automated replies no action since. You expect premium pricing for Black plans but the service is a nightmare.

@Airtel_Presence Already done multiple times. Stop replying just to meet some process. Get an engineer on site and fix that defective tower.

@Airtel_Presence Hi. This is Day 3 of no network on the phone. What's the point sharing the number with you as it will be unreachable? Then you will ask me for an alternate number which doesn't exist. Rather look at your network stats and fix your towers. #frustrating
