@amandamull Cut into pieces, make a quick yogurt marinade mixed with spices, toss, broil three inches below the broiler in a foil lined pan for 13-15 minutes (check temp for food safety, should be 165+) -spices, think tacos, Mediterranean, shawarma, Italian, etc

@MrsFridayNext Margaret, sadly this doesnโt help you right this second, but I am 100% homemade apple pie vodka these days: make an apple pie/crisp, cover the peels with vodka, add a cinnamon stick, wait three weeks and voila! (Also always makes me smile and think of Margo and Justified so ๐ฏ)
