2 kids at school and 2 busy working parents.
Lessons, tests, homework, school events, clubs, payments. Keeping up with it all had quietly become a second job, and we still missed things. 🧵
Every Sunday we get one report: what got done, what didn't stick, and what school needs from us next week.
It took a real load off us. Open source:

2 kids at school and 2 busy working parents.
Lessons, tests, homework, school events, clubs, payments. Keeping up with it all had quietly become a second job, and we still missed things. 🧵
The kids get their reminders from the system, not from us.
It follows how each of them is doing, topic by topic. And an AI agent reads everything school sends and keeps only what concerns our kids.
Added Duck Hunt to my Claude Code Arcade.
A failing test lets the duck get away and the dog laughs at you. Tests back to green: a double. A commit drops one. A merge is a perfect round 🦆

Mods are new in Claude Code: plugins that draw inside the terminal and react to what Claude does.
I gave Claude Code a pixel dragon. It lives above the prompt, and when I commit, it breathes fire.

My favourite bit: every project gets CLAUDE.md (what never changes) and STATUS.md (where things stand). The next session reads STATUS and just carries on.
I've made it open source, here's how it works: https://t.co/pWWuIGv6SZ
For about a year now, almost everything I get AI help with starts the same way: I make a folder and open Claude Code in it.
Work projects, sure. But also my kid's school, our accounting, health paperwork. Every part of life gets its own folder.
It asks me a handful of questions, then builds the folder: scaffold if it's code, an assets/ folder that lives in OneDrive (backed up, never in git), a private repo on the right GitHub account.
It's the first thing I run now, every time.

Built in last 2 days with Claude Code. Next.js 16, Prisma, Neon Postgres, deployed on Vercel. Neobrutalist design pulling Claude's actual Design System colors live.
Project gallery, CV download, full admin CRUD. Go poke around.
Just built a Claude Code skill that drafts tweets about whatever I build. Yes, including itself. It's currently the only thing it has ever written about. Bootstrapping content strategy one skill at a time.
