@brawday Volume House builders control huge portfolios of land suitable for house building & will lobby for thier interests, mostly involving traditional construction practices. Usually UK lack of imagination & forward thinking!

@CyrilWheat @brawday Modular building has moved on since then. The Construction industry has the answers & the people, there are a plethora of Modular Building companies more than able to take in these projects. One issue is the developers using traditional build techniques have too strong a voice!
