Logaritmik regresyon modeline göre kırmızı çizgi (makul değer) Ekim 2025'te $4.5T olacak. Peki toplam market değeri (TMD) bunun kaç katına çıkabilir?

🔹 2013'te mavi çizgi kırmızı çizginin 20 katına,
🔸 2017'de 10 katına,
🔹 2021'de 4 katına kadar çıkmış.
🔸 2025'te 2 katına kadar çıkabilirse $4.5 x 2 = $9T market değerine ulaşabilir.

Neden Ekim 2025?
Aslında 2025'in son 6 ayı diyebiliriz. Ben düz hesap olsun diye Ekim ayını seçtim (4.5 x 2 = 9T).

3⃣Basılan para yetmeyince 2009 Şubat'ında gaza basılıyor ve daha fazla para basılıyor. Buradan sonra SP 500'ün toparlandığını görüyoruz.

4⃣Basılan para enflasyonu yükseltince, FED 2015 sonunda faizleri arttırmaya başlıyor. Bu süreçte para basımı duruyor. Bu süreçte ise SP 500 aylarca artmıyor. Yatayda gidiyor.

5⃣FED 2015 sonunda faizleri 25 baz puan arttırmasına rağmen piyasalar aşağı gidiyor.

6⃣2017 sonu 2018 başında FED parasal sıkılaşmaya gidiyor. Parasal sıkılaşmaya gidince SP 500 düşüyor.

7⃣SP 500'ün düşmesi Trump'ın işine gelmiyor çünkü yakında seçimler var. Trump FED Başkanı'na baskı yaparak para basmasını sağlıyor. Para basılınca ise SP 500 yükseliyor.

8⃣Sonra ise faizler %2.5 ile tepede iken COVID krizi çıkıyor ve ekonomik aktivite duracağı için piyasalar çakılıyor.

9⃣Daha sonra tarihte görülmemiş düzeyde para basılıyor ve faizler düşürülüyor. Bu nedenle SP 500 yükseliyor. Para basımı enflasyonun artmasına sebep oluyor.

🔟Enflasyon artınca da FED önce faiz yükseltmeye başlıyor ve sonra da parasal sıkılaşmaya gidiyor. Bu anda SP 500 düşmeye başlıyor.

1⃣ 1⃣SP 500 dipteyken enflasyonda gerileme emareleri görülüyor, trader'lar "enflasyonda zirve görüldü" anlatısı ile hisse almaya başlıyorlar ve SP 500 yükseliyor.

1⃣2⃣Daha sonra, bugüne gelirsek, "FED faizleri düşürecek beklentisi ile SP 500 yeniden artmaya başlıyor. An itibariyle Kasım 2024'te bir faiz indirimi olması ihtimali %75.

Bu tablodan görüyoruz ki, para basılınca ve faizler düşünce SP 500 artıyor 📈. Parasal sıkılaşmaya gidilince ve faizler arttırılınca SP 500 düşüyor📉.

🟧Bitcoin

Gelelim Bitcoin'e.

Bitcoin 2008 mortage krizinde yoktu ve bu krizdeki para basımına zaten tepki olarak doğdu.

Aynı zamanda Bitcoin'in yarılanmasından ve sınırlı bir varlık olmasından ötürü kendi iç dinamikleri var.

Bunun için de Bitcoin'in erken dönemlerinde, 2017 öncesi, parasal döngülerin etkisini çok göremiyoruz. Çünkü Bitcoin daha bu zamanda olgunlaşma evresinde, piyasa değeri çok küçüki hacmi az ve kendi dinamikleri ile hareket ediyor.

Ama 2017'den sonraki döngüye gelirsek;

1⃣Bitcoin 2017'deki tepesindeyken FED faiz arttırma sürecinde. Buna ek olarak parasal sıkılaşma duyuruyor. Bu durumda Bitcoin çakılıyor.

2⃣2019'daki dibinde, faizler 2018'deki seviyesinden aşağı inmeye başlıyor. Bu durumda da Bitcoin artmaya başlıyor.

3⃣COVID krizi çıkınca FED faizleri indirip para basmaya başlıyor, ve böylece Bitcoin artmaya başlıyor.

4⃣Para basılınca enflasyon artıyor ve FED faiz arttıracağım diyor. Bura ise Bitcoin tepesine çok yakın bir yer. Bitcoin düşmeye başlıyor.

5⃣FED daha sonra ise parasal sıkılaşmaya gideceğim diyor ve Bitcoin çakılıyor.

6⃣Daha sonra 2023 dibinde, FED'in faiz arttırımlarında sona gelindiği beklentileri ile Bitcoin yükselişe geçiyor.

7⃣Son aylarda "enflasyon yüksek ve işsizlik düşük" diye Bitcoin 73.500 ATH seviyesinden düşüyor.

8⃣En son da işsizlik verisi yüksek ve enflasyon verileri de düşük gelince dibi görüyoruz.
