@greateranglia Ok. And how do I claim for the non tfl as in from Stratford to Brimsdown. Or Liverpool Street to Brimsdown where the problems happened. This wasn’t a TFL issue. This was a Greater Anglia error. Except I had to pay TFL to get home because of the poor service.

@Superdry your returns portal is a joke. Made a refund to bring back to my local store which you closed since last time I was there before Christmas. Now your customer service is just sending me the same email and I need to change the return to postal.
