Hastings car insurance, never again.They always say you don't know how good Ur insurance is until you have to clean,so TRUE with this lot.Daugher had a accident got a new car with lower class £259 extra when policy was £190 to start with.THEY CAN'T give you an explanation why.?

Took car insurance out and they made a complaint mess off it all,after admitting it was told a manager would call NEVER DID meant to look after the over 65s. Policy M000735972 Canceled and got new one.SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE no body's first language was English

We booked a £7000+ cruise plus hotels and came with VIP lounge.we were sent lounge passes but a week before told they had cancelled passes..HOW. we had our places and passes. 1903 lounge available but wouldn't book it. Poor service for two pensioners on last holiday. Ref1344307

@Victorianplumb bath arrived with crack in bath and panel a day late, offered to keep with partial refund or send back .all am getting is the same email every 24 hours from different people.i have no we're to store the bath ,I live in a bungalow. Customer service rubbish.

@Victorianplumb item arrived 4:days late with no legs for the bath and two cracks emailed them yesterday got a reply saying looking into it and bath still sitting there.Told them 3 times my wife's disabled but not interested YOU JUST CAN'T CONNECT THEM will get DM USE I BET YOU
