@chrislhayes This will be my first Thanksgiving alone because I am single. I am making a Cornish hen. However, if I had others in my home it would be a turkey. It’s the smell of it baking that I love. My favs are the sides, dressing, mashed potatoes, veggie, etc...and turkey sandwiches later.
