@Coldorak @bowmore @Ardbeg @LagavulinWhisky @Laphroaig @Bunnahabhain I would choose Bowmore as there are more whisky related things to do in the evening compared to Port Ellen. It's easier to go other parts of the island as well. As already said, Ardbeg, Lagavulin and Laphroaig can be done in a day. There's also a good bus connection from Bowmore.
