@CapitalOne has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 5 calls and multiple agents/managers couldn’t resolve a simple request. If you ever need them to send you an email detailing any of your transactions, you cannot count on them. Closing my accounts with them.

@NMAAHC I had a January 5th weekend time pass that was cancelled due to the government shutdown but received an email saying that I could use that pass once the museum reopened. Can I still use it for a weekend visit?
