@bookingcom you make it impossible to contact customer service unless logged in to your account. I haven’t been able to access mine for weeks and the email reset mail is not reaching my account. Worried now that my @bookingcom account has been hacked and help no from you

@British_Airways why is BA always a shambles when I fly with you? Terminal 5 Club World is like a cattle pen… I queue as much for Club as I do for economy on other airlines. @etihad you are rockstars in comparison. Please buy BA.
@British_Airways terrible expérience today flying into LHR from Arlanda. The flight was on the ground for 45 minutes before the Jetty arrived and now there are no bags out. We landed an hour and 20 minutes ago. I will now miss my ongoing connection. This is disgraceful.

@RoyalMail@RoyalMailHelp I’ve just had the worst customer service experience with a Royal Mail advisor who refused to help me and hung up the phone on me. Disgraceful behaviour. I’ve never had this issue with any other delivery providers. I need my parcel today.
